Landmark cooperation deal with Iraq gets a green light18 Jan 2013
The European Parliament has approved the landmark agreement with Iraq, set to boost trade and development ties over the next 10 years. Although the deal was not spearheaded by the EU’s aid department, it may nevertheless, offer new clues into the regional bloc’s priorities for the fragile Mideast democracy.
