Alessandro Maffioli is chief of the development effectiveness division at IDB Invest. He oversees the organization’s Impact Management Framework, which includes a series of tools to measure and manage the development impact of investments from beginning to end. During his 16 years of experience at the IDB Group, Alessandro has coordinated impact evaluations of projects in areas including agricultural development, science and technology, small and medium-sized enterprise productivity, and access to credit.
