Dave Henson

Dave Henson gained his Ph.D. in Amputee Biomechanics at Imperial College London and is currently business development engineer in the Department of Bioengineering, working on appropriate prosthetics technology. He has competed and won at the Warrior Games, Invictus Games, IPC World Championship, and the Paralympic Games. He is the veterans’ adviser to the Centre for Blast Injury Studies, honorary fellow at the University of Hertfordshire, and co-chair and founding member of the CASEVAC Club. He was made a member of the Order of the British Empire in 2014 for services to the military.
