Ed Brown is senior lecturer in geography at Loughborough University in the United Kingdom. He is a political geographer who has worked on a range of development issues over the past 20 years including questions of governance, transparency, corruption and equity. He is the co-chair of the U.K. Low Carbon Energy for Development Network.
