Francine Pickup is the United Nations Development Programme’s deputy director in the Bureau for Policy and Programme Support. She has worked in the U.N., Oxfam, and Amnesty International in various countries including Serbia, India, Indonesia, Iraq, and the occupied Palestinian Territory.
