Franck Chartier-Dumas is the project lead in health surveillance systems at SICPA and working in the health care and IT industries for almost 20 years. He has been supporting the development and implementation of pharmaceutical traceability solutions and public health monitoring systems, especially wastewater epidemiology-based, to support health authorities and governments.
