Franck Wiebe

Franck Wiebe is the chief economist at the Millennium Challenge Corp. Prior to joining MCC in 2006, Wiebe was chief economist at The Asia Foundation and worked with the Harvard Institute for International Development. Wiebe received master’s degrees from Northwestern University and the Kennedy School of Government, and his doctorate from Stanford University.
