Hally Mahler is the HIV director for FHI 360’s global health programs, as well as the director of USAID's flagship HIV and global health security project, Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control, or EpiC. She has worked in the HIV field for 30 years. Mahler oversees a team of more than 700 staff working in 50 countries to deliver strategic, measurable, state-of-the-art interventions at scale. She works with host country governments and community-led organizations to support their epidemic control objectives, promote equity, and achieve efficacy and sustainability. She has a master's in Health Science from Johns Hopkins University.
