Ibrahim Mahgoub is the program director of Epiverse, a data.org program for distributed pandemic tools. He has over 10 years of experience accelerating open innovation in the public and private sectors. Previously, Ibrahim led UNICEF’s pathfinding initiative supporting 10 governments in leveraging open software and open data to strengthen public services. He also led several tech startup accelerators and funds mentoring and investing in cutting-edge commercial and social solutions.
