Isaiah Emmanuel Suguitan

Isaiah Emmanuel Suguitan is a youth activist at Amnesty International. A junior student-leader from the University of the Philippines Diliman, he is working on his Bachelor of Science in Community Nutrition degree. Isaiah is the Deputy Regional Coordinator for Organizational Development Work for Amnesty International Philippines Cordillera Administrative Region. His work in Amnesty has been largely centered on empowering and capacitating local groups within the Cordillera on communications, logistical, and membership development. Isaiah’s main advocacies are centered on addressing health inaccessibility and inequalities, press freedom, media literacy, indigenous peoples’ rights, combating mental health stigma, and fighting for accessible quality education.
