Mara Hansen is the founder of Salient Advisory, a boutique consulting firm focused on advancing the scale and impact of African health tech. Salient works with forward-thinking donors, industry, and governments to leverage new technology to advance care. Previously Hansen co-founded Impact for Health and worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Hansen holds an MSc in Global Health & Population from Harvard, was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco, and serves as a member of the advisory board for Nivi, Inc.
