Marissa Ryan is Oxfam International’s deputy director of advocacy. She manages Oxfam’s advocacy offices for the EU in Brussels, the U.N. in New York, the World Bank and IMF in Washington, D.C., the OECD in Paris, and the Russian government in Moscow. Marissa provides strategic leadership to our global teams in relation to Oxfam’s core policy priorities: reducing economic inequality, food and climate justice, women’s rights, and humanitarian response.
