Pablo Yanguas

Pablo Yanguas is a research fellow at the Effective States and Inclusive Development Research Centre and Global Development Institute, University of Manchester, as well as an international development consultant specializing in politically smart and adaptive programming. His research on aid effectiveness and public sector reform has appeared in academic journals such as World Development, Development Policy Review, and Third World Quarterly. He is the author of the book Why We Lie About Aid: Development and the Messy Politics of Change (Zed Books, 2018).
