Paul Fean is youth project manager with the Norwegian Refugee Council, Jordan. Paul’s expertise is in youth training, teacher development, and participatory research in the Middle East and North Africa. Paul completed his Ph.D. studies at the University of Sussex, where he focused on action research for teacher development in youth and adult education in Khartoum, Sudan.
