Paul Grimwood has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Nestlé USA since 2012. Previously, Mr. Grimwood served as Chief Executive of Nestlé UK and Ireland and in executive and managerial roles for several of Nestlé's operating companies. Before his 13 years at Nestlé, Mr. Grimwood began his career at Mars, Inc. in various commercial roles, and later served as Managing Director (UK & Ireland) for Highland Distillers.
