Ravi leads digital strategy for governance global practice at the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C. At night, he works on his latest startup, Code for Nepal, to increase digital literacy and use of open data in Nepal. He also serves as a Penn Kemble fellow at the National Endowment for Democracy.
