Stewart McCulloch is the global insurance director of VisionFund, the microfinance division of World Vision the child-centric relief, development and advocacy INGO. He is responsible for the provision of insurance products to VisionFund's 1 million clients and the development of financial safety nets to help these clients deal with climate and other similar shocks. Prior to joining VisionFund, Stewart had a 30-year career in international insurance including leading an international insurance broker as CEO.
