Yves Guicquéro is the head of development agenda and international partners division at Agence Française de Développement, a position he has held since September 2014. Previously, Yves was director for AFD's Asia department since 2008 and prior to that was responsible for several countries within both the Africa and Asia departments at AFD's Paris headquarters, with overseas stints in French Guyana, Burkina Faso and Ghana.
