Dwight Evans

U.S. Congressman Dwight Evans is a freshman member serving his first term. He serves on the House Agriculture Committee, specifically on the Subcommittee on Nutrition and the Subcommittee on Livestock and Foreign Agriculture. He also serves on the House Small Business Committee, and is the Ranking Member on the Subcommittee on Economic Growth, Tax and Capital Access as well as serves on the Subcommittee on Contracting and the Workforce. He is a member of the Congressional Black Caucus. He represents Northwest, West, North, parts of South and Center City Philadelphia, and the western suburbs of Narberth and Lower Merion Township.

Keatinge is Director General of AVRDC, the World Vegetable Center, based in Taiwan based in Taiwan and chair of the Association of International Research and Development Centers for Agriculture. With global expertise in crop agronomy, Keatinge is also chair of the Global Horticulture Initiative and a member of the advisory committee to USAID’s Innovation Lab for Horticulture.

Dzenita Kolja is executive director and co-owner of CDS Consulting, a Bosnian-based international development firm. She has over 17 years of experience working on USAID-funded projects, including 12 years with Chemonics, serving in different roles supporting implementation of projects in Bosnia, Serbia, Moldova and Afghanistan. She currently leads Chemonics’ Country Operations Optimization Program in Afghanistan.

He is a political geographer who has worked on a range of development issues over the past 20 years including questions of governance, transparency, corruption and equity. He is the co-chair of the U.K. Low Carbon Energy for Development Network.

Ed Morrow is a communications and campaigns professional with a decade of experience in the public and third sectors. He has increasingly come to specialize in helping organizations and researchers communicate their data in ways that are accessible and useful to shape and influence policy and practice. In his current role at Lloyd's Register Foundation, Ed leads communications for the World Risk Poll, encouraging policymakers and businesses around the world to use its insights to design and target interventions that make people safer.
