She also teaches web journalism at leading French journalism graduate schools and in other countries, including Haiti. She advises media on their digital strategies and is frequently called upon by top French institutions to share her expertise in the field of sustainable development.

Eloise Todd is ONE's global policy director. Prior to that, Eloise set up ONE’s Brussels office and led the organization’s work with the European Union institutions. In Eloise's time at ONE she has led ONE’s efforts to enhance transparency in the oil, gas and mining industries and developed ONE's strategies for advocacy engagement across the EU and with the G20.

Els Torreele is a global health and innovation expert, focusing on transforming medical R&D to address priority health needs and ensure equitable access. She worked with MSF, DNDi, and Open Society Foundations, and is now an independent consultant and visiting policy fellow at UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose.

ElsaMarie D’Silva is the founder of Red Dot Foundation and creator of Safecity, a global platform that does data crowdsourcing on gender-based violence to inform safer cities. She is an Aspen New Voices fellow, Yale World fellow, and a visiting fellow at the Centre for Protecting Women Online, Open University UK.

Elujulo Opeyemi founded the Youth in Agroecology and Restoration Network, a movement of African youth leveraging awareness on agroecology and capacity-building for agrifood systems transformation. He is a Ban Ki-moon Youth Agri-Champion and the SDG2 Global Focal Point at the U.N. Major Group for Children and Youth, or UNMGCY, where he ensures youth perspectives are captured into food related entities within the U.N. system and its partner agencies.

Elvira Beracochea, M.D., MPH, is a leader in improving aid effectiveness in global health and health system strengthening. She is the founder and president of Realizing Global Health, Inc., a woman-owned small business consulting firm that assists clients to improve health systems and the delivery of health care services in developing countries.

Elyse Franko-Filipasic is a Berlin-based writer and communications consultant specializing in global health and development. She currently serves as NCDFREE’s global communications coordinator, and has previously supported communications initiatives for a variety of organizations, including management sciences for health, the Center for Disease Dynamics, Economics and Policy, and the International Food Policy Research Institute. She holds a M.Sc. in international public policy from University College London.
