Harpinder Collacott

Harpinder Collacott is executive director at Development Initiatives, an independent international organization that focuses on putting data-driven decision-making at the heart of poverty eradication. She has a wealth of experience including working with the War Crimes tribunal for Sierra Leone, in the philanthropic sector focusing on international human rights, and in various researcher roles for think tanks and in the U.K. and European parliaments. She is a graduate from the London School of Economics and the University of Cambridge.

She was minister for Africa in the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and minister of state for international development, with responsibility for children, global education, and youths.
Harry Hayward

Harry Hayward

Harry Hayward joined CGA Technologies in South Sudan in 2018 where he worked with the Ministry of Education to improve service delivery through the IMPACT and Girls' Education South Sudan projects. In 2020, he moved to Sierra Leone where he led research for the Out-of-School Children study and coordinated the development of the subsequent Out-of-School Children Strategy with education stakeholders from government, civil society and international organizations. As deputy country coordinator, he is currently coordinating CGA’s new projects to develop an education attendance monitoring system and a Teaching Information Management System for the Teaching Service Commission.

Hasina Akhter

Hasina Akhter

Hasina Akhter is area director for BRAC in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. She currently oversees the organization's multisector response to the Rohingya refugee crisis. She previously served with BRAC as country director for Uganda, where she led BRAC's holistic suite of development and humanitarian interventions in the country, including a response to the Ebola outbreak and a portfolio of activities to support South Sudanese refugees.

Hassan Damluji is a co-founder of Global Nation, a think/do tank aimed at improving global cooperation. He is also a senior adviser to WHO on pandemic intelligence and a senior visiting fellow at LSE. Previously, he spent a decade at the Gates Foundation where he was deputy director for global policy and advocacy. In 2019, Hassan published “The Responsible Globalist.” It was described by Bill Gates as “thoughtful and well written,” by Riz Ahmed as “visionary,” and by Richard Curtis as “the book I would have written if I was smart enough.”

Hassatou Diop N’Sele

Hassatou Diop N’Sele is vice president for finance and chief financial officer at the African Development Bank. A Senegalese national, Diop N’Sele is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of banking and finance experience. She joined AfDB in 1999 as senior treasury officer and successively held positions of principal treasury officer, chief treasury officer and manager of the Capital Markets and Financial Operations Division, prior to her appointment as treasurer of the bank group in 2015.
