Ingrid is an independent writer and editor who has contributed to Devex and many other publications. She worked as a staff writer for Vault.com from 2007 to 2009, helping to write guidebooks, including the "Vault Guide to the Top Government and Nonprofit Employers." She was also a researcher for National Geographic Traveler magazine in Washington, D.C. Ingrid holds a master's in journalism from the University of Missouri. As the daughter of a U.S. diplomat, she grew up all over the world.

Inonge Chinyama is the operations director at MSI Reproductive Choices Zambia. She works closely with Zambia’s Ministry of Health to remove barriers that women and girls face to accessing reproductive health care, and to influence policy change. She also supports donor relations contributing to funding opportunities for MSI’s Zambian program.

He is a public health physician with over 30 years’ public health experience in immunization, reproductive health and family planning, injection safety and infection prevention and control, and nutrition in Africa, South and Central Asia. He has extensive experience in providing technical assistance to ministries of health in strengthening public health systems and building capacity of health care workers. Iqbal worked with John Snow Inc., World Health Organization, Basic Support for Institutionalizing Child Survival, Save the Children UK, and Pathfinder Fund at global, regional and country-level capacity.

Iqbal Quadir launched in 1997 Grameenphone, a company that now serves 55 million subscribers. In 2010, Quadir helped found bKash, which allows the people of Bangladesh to safely send and receive money via mobile devices. bKash currently serves 20 million subscribers in Bangladesh. After teaching at Harvard’s Kennedy School, Quadir joined Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2005. He founded The Legatum Center in 2007 where he trained 200 entrepreneurial MIT students to pursue their own ventures in low-income countries.

Irene Atuhairwe Duhaga

Irene Atuhairwe Duhaga is the Uganda country director at Seed Global Health, leading and providing oversight in strengthening health systems in the country through education, practice and policy — with a focus on maternal, neonatal, and child health and emergency care. Seed is working closely with the Uganda Ministry of Health and Ebola Incident Commander to help contain the Ebola outbreak.
