Keiji  Fukuda

Keiji Fukuda

Keiji Fukuda is the assistant director-general for health security at the World Health Organization. Fukuda has extensive public health and research experience working on influenza. At WHO, he has helped shape the global approach to pandemic preparedness, helped manage the response to the influenza H1N1 pandemic, strengthened surveillance, and played an instrumental role in facilitating intergovernmental discussions over the sharing of influenza viruses and related benefits. He has participated in many field investigations including the earliest outbreaks of avian H5N1 influenza and the emergence of SARS.

Keith Hansen is the vice president for human development at the World Bank Group, overseeing the Global Practices for education; health, nutrition, and population; and social protection and labor.
Keith Klugman

Keith Klugman

Keith Klugman is director for pneumonia at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where he leads efforts to improve the development and delivery of pneumonia vaccines and expand the use of antibiotic treatments and diagnostic tools. An expert on antibiotic resistance in pneumonia pathogens and helped develop the pneumococcal vaccine, Klugman has long academic experience and has also worked for the World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Keith Proctor is a senior policy researcher at Mercy Corps. A current visiting fellow at Tufts University's Feinstein International Center, Proctor writes regularly on development issues and holds degrees from Stanford, The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and Harvard Divinity School.

Kelli Rogers has worked as an Associate Editor and Southeast Asia Correspondent for Devex, with a particular focus on gender. Prior to that, she reported on social and environmental issues from Nairobi, Kenya. Kelli holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri, and has reported from more than 20 countries.

Kellie Sloan is the director of family planning at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she leads efforts for creating innovative ways to improve family planning outcomes in developing countries. She was previously director and chief of staff to the president of global development. Before joining the Gates Foundation, Sloan held senior-level positions at Starbucks Coffee Company and worked as an international strategy and business consultant.

Kelly Case

Kelly Case is the project director for the Children’s Policy and Funding Initiative at Tides Center and a director at Strategy for Humanity. The Children’s Policy and Funding Initiative was launched by Oak Foundation, GHR Foundation, and an anonymous donor to leverage pooled donor funds, with Tides Center serving as the fiscal sponsor to strengthen and improve U.S. government funding, policies, and programming to support children and young people around the world.
