Lisa Lam is the co-chair of Gay Games Hong Kong 2023. Outside of her volunteer work with Gay Games Hong Kong, Lam is a legal and regulatory compliance practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the digital finance sector.

Lisa Liu

Lisa Liu is a program analyst with the U.S. Global Development Lab’s Center for Transformational Partnerships. In this role, she performs research and data analysis on public-private partnerships and other approaches to private-sector engagement; she also develops tools to enable Agency staff to work in this area. Prior to joining USAID, Lisa worked a monitoring and evaluation firm, specializing in education and workforce development.

Lisa Moon

Lisa Moon is president and CEO at The Global FoodBanking Network, an organization that supports community-led solutions to alleviate hunger in nearly 50 countries. Previously, Moon served as vice president of global agriculture and food at The Chicago Council on Global Affairs, where she spearheaded a project that has become one of the leading global contributors to discussions around hunger and food security.
Lisa Noguchi

Lisa Noguchi

Lisa Noguchi is an infectious disease epidemiologist and certified nurse midwife. She has over 20 years of experience in maternal newborn health, research, and program implementation around the world. Noguchi oversees Jhpiego’s activities in maternal and newborn health, and she serves as research director for its studies in the Antenatal and Postnatal Care Research Collective. Noguchi is also co-chair of B-PROTECTED, a U.S.-funded trial of HIV preexposure prophylaxis and dapivirine ring use during breastfeeding in multiple countries.

Lisa Pinsley is a director of Africa investments for the American Capital Energy & Infrastructure. She is responsible for sourcing opportunities and managing investments in the sub-Saharan region. Pinsley previously served as a vice president of AES Africa Power Company. She also has 15 years of experience in emerging markets and finance including an Africa-focused business development role.

Lisa Ann Elges

Lisa Ann Elges is the program manager for the climate governance program at Transparency International. She serves as an observer on the Scaling-up Renewable Energy Program (SREP) of the Climate Investment Funds (CIF) and represents TI at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the International Panel on Climate Change, and the Global Environmental Facility NGO Network. She previously worked for the Japanese parliament and UN Asia as well as a number of human rights NGOs.

Liya Kebede is the founder of the Liya Kebede Foundation. She is a supermodel, designer and maternal health advocate, and has been featured in major magazines, runway shows and print campaigns for leading designers and brands and has acted in several feature films.

Liz Arnanz Daugan is responsible for the policy and advocacy work on NCD prevention and health promotion at the NCD Alliance by advocating and supporting the implementation of public regulations and policies that reduce exposure to the main NCD risk factors and address the social and commercial determinants of health.

Liz Diebold is a principal at the Skoll Foundation, where she manages a strategic investment portfolio in high performing social enterprises. She also leads collaborative funding engagements with Co-Impact, USAID, OPIC, and others. Liz has significant experience in the broad areas of investment and finance in developing markets and has held positions with USAID, World Economic Forum, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, OPIC, and as a development consultant.
Liz Jarman

Liz Jarman

Liz Jarman has served as CEO of Living Goods since June 2018 and is a member of its board of directors. After more than six years in the role, during which she drove significant growth and innovation, she is concluding her tenure. Over this period, Liz oversaw revenue growth, doubled the number of supported CHWs, expanded services, and introduced a five-year strategic plan to scale digitally enabled health systems. With over 25 years of experience, she previously held leadership roles at Sainsbury’s and played a pivotal role in launching Living Goods’ operations in Kenya.
