Gabbar holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Cairo University.

Dr. Abdulaziz Adish is deputy regional director and nutrition adviser for Africa at the Micronutrient Initiative. He’s based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Abdullah Yusuf leads market intelligence research at Salient Advisory, a global health consulting firm, where he helps advise governments, pharma companies, and global health institutions on scaling health products across Africa. He is trained as a pharmacist, holds an MPH from Boston University, an MBA from IE Business School, and worked previously at BCG and IQVIA.

Abdullahi Nur Osman is CEO of Hormuud Salaam Foundation, Somalia’s first and largest corporate foundation. Built by Somalis for Somalis, HSF funds and executes a range of impact-led development programs across the country, spanning health care, education, emergency response, and job creation.

Dr. Abdulrahman A. Rahman Hussain Jawahery is the president of the International Fertilizer Industry Association and the president of Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company. An engineer of repute and an environmental specialist, he serves as director at the National Safety Council and Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA), and is a founding member of the Bahrain Society for Transfer of Technology.
