Anesa Parker

Anesa “Nes” Parker is a manager in the federal strategy practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP and a former GovLab Innovation research fellow. During her consulting tenure, Nes has led engagements for government, philanthropic and nonprofit clients at the intersection of human rights and security to achieve social impact. She is especially passionate about issues that overwhelmingly impact women and girls and leads Deloitte’s efforts to end modern-day slavery.

Angela Bruce-Raeburn

Angela Bruce-Raeburn is the founder of DiverseDEV, a boutique consultancy established in 2018 following the very public scandals about racial discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct to focus on mission-driven institutions in the international aid and development communities. Previously, Bruce-Raeburn served as the regional advocacy director for Africa and Asia at the Global Health Advocacy Incubator where she focused on locally led advocacy for policy change in public health.

Angela Min Yi Hou

Angela Min Yi Hou is a Reach Alliance researcher from the 2018-2019 case study on Tanzania’s medical supply chains. She holds a master’s in International Affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) in Geneva, with specializations in international trade and environmental sustainability. Prior to this, Angela graduated from the University of Toronto with a double major in International Relations and Contemporary Asian Studies.
Angela Mutunga

Angela Mutunga

Angela Mutunga is the East Africa regional program advisor for Advance Family Planning based at Jhpiego Kenya office since August 2013. She takes lead in coordination of Voices from the South advocacy activities, in particular, from within the East Africa region. She works closely with all AFP partners in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda to identify opportunities for in country and regional shared advocacy strategies, and regional collaboration in pursuit of the countries fulfilment of FP2020 commitments. Prior to joining AFP, Angela was the country director for Family Care International, Kenya office, where she held several positions of increasing responsibility since July 2001. Angela possesses over 18 years' experience in RH/FP advocacy, human rights approaches to RH, social accountability, research and quality assurance methodologies. Angela's experience goes beyond RH/FP, has been an accountant with over 15 years' experience serving in various finance and administration positions. Angela holds an M.A. in sociology and communication, certified public accountant and currently pursues MSc. in health economics and policy at the University of Nairobi.

Angela Tolliday

Angela Tolliday volunteers as a ONE Youth Ambassador, campaigning to end extreme poverty. She currently works as a project officer on youth capacity-building projects at the education, audiovisual and culture executive agency of the European Commission, where she manages a diverse portfolio of grants focusing on themes such as improving the quality and recognition of youth work and fostering active youth participation in society. She has previously worked with homeless people and abused and abandoned children in Colombia, Peru and Mexico.

She previously led the secretariat of the Carbon Pricing Leadership Coalition at the World Bank and spent 14 years at the Swedish Energy Agency working on climate, energy, and development issues.

Angelic Young is senior coordinator of National Action Plans at the Institute for Inclusive Security. Previously, she worked at the U.S. Department of State for over ten years serving as senior coordinator for Haiti programs at the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, senior coordinator for peace and security in the Office of the Director of U.S. Foreign Assistance, and as deputy director of the Office of Civilian Police and Rule of Law. She is a core faculty member of George Mason University's Peace Operations graduate studies program and is a Truman National Security Project Fellow.

Angelina Cumba is a logistics expert with over 20 years of experience in managing operations and supply chains. She has worked in both for-profit companies and nonprofit organizations. Currently, she leads the Outsourcing Transport Resource Centre at VillageReach. OTRC focuses on improving public health supply chains by using private sector resources. Angelina's role includes training partners and government staff to make outsourcing work effectively. She helps bridge the gap between the public and private sectors in logistics, making sure essential resources are delivered efficiently for public health.
