Among her responsibilities at DAI, she is the strategic investment advisor on the INVEST project, USAID’s flagship initiative to mobilize investment for development impact.

Robyn Camp is an associate director, energy and climate at RTI International. She has over 20 years of experience working toward decarbonization through renewable energy, energy efficiency, carbon markets, and other climate change mitigation activities. She has worked in North America, Eastern Europe, and Asia to implement green development policies and programs.

Robyn Stewart

Robyn Stewart is manager of program development and funding at Cuso International. She heads Cuso International’s U.S. operations and manages a public-private partnership between Cuso International, USAID and Accenture called the Diasporas for Development Initiative. Her work focuses on building partnerships and developing programs that allow Cuso International to deliver on its vision of promoting sustainable economic growth and development through volunteering.

Rocco Renaldi

Rocco Renaldi

Rocco Renaldi is the secretary-general of the International Food & Beverage Alliance, a group of seven of the largest international food and beverage companies dedicated to developing, implementing, and promoting good practice on health and nutrition. Rocco led the development of IFBA’s current global commitments on product formulation and innovation, responsible marketing, nutrition information to consumers, and the promotion of healthy lifestyles. Rocco represents IFBA to the World Health Organization, other U.N. agencies and government authorities. He maintains relationships with NGOs and leads the development of local initiatives modeled on the IFBA commitments around the world.

Rocel Ann Junio-Balbutin

Rocel Ann Junio-Balbutin is a strategic communication specialist and public health practitioner whose research focuses on the role of the health workforce in addressing climate and health issues. She previously worked for international organizations, including the World Health Organization and Médecins Sans Frontières. She obtained her master’s in Public Health degree at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.
Rod Snider

Rod Snider

Rod Snider is a disaster risk management specialist and senior associate with Tetra Tech's environment and natural resources sector, international development services. Based in Washington, D.C., Snider manages projects and provides technical guidance on issues related to resilience, climate and disaster risk, and institutional strengthening. Snider has led and supported over 30 international disaster response and recovery programs, including deployments as team leader for the Asian tsunami, Pakistan earthquake, and cyclone Sidr, and more recently supported recovery efforts in the Haiti and Nepal earthquakes.

Rodger Voorhies is the president of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s Global Growth & Opportunity Division, where he oversees agricultural development, financial services for the poor, gender, and WASH programs. Before joining the foundation, he was CEO of the Opportunity Bank Serbia and Opportunity Bank Malawi.

Rodrigo Santos Feijo

Rodrigo Santos Feijo is a technical officer at the Convention Secretariat, WHO FCTC. He holds an MSc in heath, community and development at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences. Mr. Santos Feijo has over 10 years of professional experience in project management, communication, and public health. This includes roles as project officer with the Pan American Health Organization/WHO, social communication analyst at the National Cancer Institute of Brazil, as well as consultant for the World Bank and Inter-American Development Bank.

Roger Day

Roger Day is the program executive for CABI’s new Action on Invasives program. With 25 years' experience of working in tropical agriculture in Africa and Asia covering research, development, and capacity building, he has a broad knowledge of agricultural development issues in invasive species, commodity crops, and knowledge for development. His specialist areas of expertise include biological control, phytosanitary systems and standards, integrated pest management, and entomology.
