Christine Hart is a senior manager for policy and government affairs at Women Thrive Worldwide where leads the organization's work on gender-based violence. Chrissy represents Women Thrive as a co-chair of the Coalition to End Violence Against Women and Girls Globally, where her work focuses on efforts to promote policies and programs for gender-based violence prevention and response at the U.S. and U.N. levels to ensure that it reflects the realities and perspectives of women and girls on the ground.

A former French minister for various economic portfolios — including finance and employment, agriculture and fisheries, and trade — Christine Lagarde was the first woman to become finance minister of a G-8 economy and is the first woman to head the International Monetary Fund. She calls for opening the door to women’s learning, labor and leadership in the economy.

She is a highly accomplished leader with over 30 years of experience in global development and health. Her extensive experience includes more than 14 years in West Africa where she led health portfolios of UNICEF and USAID in Mali as well as Palladium and the Global Health Council.

Christine Williamson is the founding director of Duty of Care International and specializes in strengthening organizational resilience and people management practices. She works with nonprofits, NGOs, security and legal professionals, humanitarian specialists and HR teams to ensure organizations meet their duty of care responsibilities.

Dr. Christoph Benn is currently serving as senior advisor to the Global Fund after finishing his job as inaugural director of external relations at the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in Geneva in June 2018. He has been a member of the founding board at the creation of the Global Fund in 2002.

Christophe De Hauwer was appointed chief development officer of SES in August 2015. Chris Clubb has 20+ years of experience financing development projects in more than 50 emerging and frontier markets. Prior to joining Convergence, he was the director leading European Bank for Reconstruction and Development’s financing/investment activities in its early transition countries where EBRD increased its annual investments five-fold to become the largest investor in these low-income countries.
