During her visit to China, Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff is expected to seek a more balanced and sophisticated commercial relationship between Brazil and the Asian country, the Wall Street Journal says. Rousseff is in China for bilateral talks with Chinese President Hu Jintao and other Chinese officials and a meeting of the so-called BRICS bloc of emerging countries, which comprises of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.
