Canada Funds Vocational Training in Developing Nations

    Canada launched a new initiative to bolster local institutions providing vocational training in Africa, Asia and the Americas. According to a

    , the USD95 million program will make its first USD22.3 million investment in Senegal, Tanzania, Mozambique, Namibia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Niger, Rwanda, Burkina Faso and South Africa. This initial spending will benefit 2,000 individuals.
