    Chinese officials are being urged to curb excessive expenses by ending extravagant overseas trips, overly festive celebrations and wasteful meetings as the government launched its latest anti-graft and corruption drive. In a memo from Premier Wen Jiabao, officials were also told stop receiving and giving gifts, avoid banquets during official trips and make public all documents that are not classified, Reuters reports.
