    The Asian Development Bank will make USD200 million available to China’s Heilongjiang province for a road transport project. Some 1.7 million people will benefit from the initiative, which aims to enhance road infrastructure, road maintenance and rural village bus services, as well as strengthen institutional capacity in the province.
