Think a well-designed careers page isn’t critical to a global development organization’s growth and success? Consider this: 76 percent of U.S. job seekers prefer to find and apply for jobs through a company’s career page, according to a 2014 study by Potentialpark, an expert in online applying.
A good careers page “sends the message to candidates that hiring good people is important to the company,” said Nick Leigh-Morgan, founder and CEO of iKrut.com, an online recruitment system.
For the dispersed employee base of global development organizations in particular, the career site may be the best opportunity someone has to delve into an organization’s mission and determine whether it’s a good fit.
