Slovenia is backing a treaty with Croatia that pushes for the creation of a European Union-led arbitration panel to identify a maritime border in the northern Adriatic Sea. Some 51.5 percent of Slovenian voters supported the treaty. The final results will be made public on June 14. Voter turnout was more than 42 percent.
