    Devex Invested: The scorecard from Marrakech

    In this week's edition: WB-IMF annual meetings, the U.K.’s bet on risk, and scaling health innovation.

    It was meant to be the annual meetings of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund that changed everything. Did it? Probably not. But did it change some things? Yes … slowly.

    That’s the top line from my colleagues Sophie Edwards and Anna Gawel who followed events in Morocco.

    From G20 calls to reform multilateral development banks to the Spring Meetings to France’s summit for a new global financial pact in June — all roads were supposedly leading to Marrakech to reform the Bretton Woods institutions for the 21st century.
