Attendees will have their diet strictly curtailed at this year’s U.N. Climate Change Conference, or COP 28, with two-thirds of the food served in Dubai set to be plant-based. Coffee, on the other hand, will be in abundance in liquid form — but may not be on the summit’s agenda, even as rising temperatures and downpours jeopardize its existence.
