DfID backtracks on pledge of 'new' $249M for Somalia and South Sudan

The U.K. Department for International Development clarifies to Devex that most of the 200 million pounds ($249 million) originally announced as "new aid" was in fact already being considered for non-humanitarian aid projects in Somalia and South Sudan.
