Representatives from the Asian Development Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Commission, the European Investment Bank, the United Nations, and the World Bank head to Georgia to help the war-ravaged nation prepare a post-conflict recovery and reconstruction scheme. The team will assess the needs of displaced people including infrastructure, environment, agriculture, housing, and business environment, as well as the required financial aid to back the recovery program.
