The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will loan more than USD19 million to back an integrated traffic management initiative in Ukraine’s Kiev city. France, Finland and Canada will also provide funds for the project’s final technical specifications and full tender documentation, and enhance the country’s public-private partnership mechanisms in road infrastructure initiatives, among others.
