The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has earmarked a loan worth 11 million pounds (USD16 million) to co-finance the extension of a wastewater network and the construction of a wastewater treatment plant in the Croatian city of Sisak. The loan will go to Sisacki Vodovod, a state-owned municipal water company catering to Sisak and its neighboring towns and villages.
