The International Fund for Agricultural Development is providing USD12.6 million to help Eritrea increase production and productivity in the fisheries sector, and, at the same time, protect fish stocks and the marine ecosystem. The project seeks to help some 6,000 households form cooperatives to access boats and equipment on credit.
