EU, IMF to Resume Romania Crisis Aid

The European Union and International Monetary Fund have announced they will

to Romania. The EU is set to unlock up to 1 billion euros (USD 1.4 billion), while IMF will unfreeze 2.3 billion euros, Agence France-Presse reports. These funds were put on hold in November 2009, following political unrest in the European country.
