    The recent hostilities in Gaza have resulted in the death of thousands of civilians, with tens of thousands injured and countless families forced to flee. Funding is urgently needed, but who's given what so far?

    Monday, Oct. 7, 2024, marked the first anniversary of the recent hostilities in Gaza.

    The ongoing war started after Hamas launched a surprise attack on Israel, which led to 1,200 deaths and precipitated an Israeli assault on Gaza.

    The ensuing conflict has produced a humanitarian disaster likely to take billions of dollars to address.
