    The European Commission has excluded the restructuring of Greece’s public debt, which has reached €340 billion ($485 billion).

    “Yes, we do exclude restructuring,” European Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs Olli Rehn said on Saturday (April 9), following a two-day talk among European Union finance ministers over a bailout deal for Portugal, Agence France-Presse reports.
