    In a meeting sponsored by the Inter-American Development Bank, the Haitian government and private sector reached a consensus on the priority sectors for the rehabilitation and development of the quake-ravaged nation. Representatives from the Haitian public and private sectors agreed to reinvigorate the nation’s infrastructure, agriculture, housing, education and tourism sectors. They were also in accord in improving the nation’s business climate and decentralizing economic activity.
