How IDB engages private sector on 'base of the pyramid'

    The Inter-American Development Bank is increasingly leveraging the private sector to reach people living at the “base of the pyramid.”

     How is the bank trying to increase the private sector’s engagement in environmental and social programs? Devex asked Bernardo Guillamon, IDB’s manager of outreach and partnerships, at the bank’s 2013 gathering in Panama City.
