Devex asked Koldo Echebarria, IDB manager and chief development effectiveness officer, at the bank’s 2013 gathering in Panama City.
In our video interview, Echebarria discussed how the bank can work better with clients in the field by automating information sharing. A coordinated system for sharing information, Echebarria said, allows IDB to focus better on the kinds of technical assistance the bank is good at.
