The Cherie Blair Foundation works with local communities to strengthen the capacity of women entrepreneurs, particularly in Africa, Asia and the Middle East. On the sidelines of the 2012 Clinton Global Initiative in New York, Cherie Blair tells Devex what her foundation offers its local partners and how it helps bring their programs to scale.
