IDB Boosts Mexico's Climate Change Agenda

Mexico will be receiving a USD400 million loan from the Inter-American Development Bank as support for the country’s climate change agenda.

The loan will finance the third stage of the program that seeks to strengthen Mexico’s institutional capacity and regulatory framework for climate change. The program also aims to improve adaptation and mitigation projects in the country.
