IMF OKs Standby Deal for Armenia

The

executive board gave the go-ahead to a standby arrangement with Armenia. The deal is worth USD540 million, which will be used to stabilize the economy and protect the poor. The fund is ready to immediately disburse around USD237 million of the sum to the country.
